United Way of San Joaquin County has been improving lives since 1926. It is estimated that since that time, United Way of San Joaquin has provided $100 million for local nonprofit agencies. Its annual campaign raises between $3 and $3.5 million each year. To accomplish this, United Way of San Joaquin County works with hundreds of employers in San Joaquin County to raise money through workplace giving campaigns, also working with volunteers and selected nonprofits to tackle tough issues within the community.
