The United Way of Collier County and its 34 partner agencies serve over 100,000 individuals annually, one third of the county's population.  Additionally, we run 211, a non-emergency call center to help those who are in need find the help that they need.

Giving to the United Way is an efficient way support services that range from infant day care for the working poor to respite care for the caregivers of victims of Alzheimer's disease.   Our partners and programs give shelter and counseling for victims of domestic violence and child abuse but also parenting classes, learning enrichment and character building for young people.    

Collier County is virtually the only county in the State of Florida that provides no funding to human service agencies, a fact that surprises many people.  The support of both the business and residential communities take on even greater significance to fill this gap in funding.
