The United Way of Seneca County is working to advance the common good by focusing on education, income and health. These are the building blocks for a good life- a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health. Our goal is to create long-lasting and measurable changes in Seneca County by addressing the underlying causes of problems.

Our Goals:
EDUCATION: Helping Children and Youth Achieve Their Potential
Goal: Raise the High School Graduation Rate from 78% to 89% by 2018.
INCOME: Promoting Financial Stability and Independence among Working Families
Goal: Double the number of lower income working families who become financially stable.
HEALTH: Improving People's Health
Goal: Increase by one-third the number of youth and adults who are healthy and avoid risky behaviors.
